ALL customers will need to select "register account" and set up a new online bill payment portal.  Please keep in mind that your account number with NUDRC has changed and you will need to enter the new account number.  There are step by step instructions attached at the bottom of this page.  

Payment Online

Our new online portal offers an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill.

If paying by check, credit/debit card online through the website, simply click the pay now button in the upper right corner of this page and follow the easy online instructions.  Please have your account number and payment method ready.   Additional convenience fees will apply for use of this service.

Payment by Phone

Our new online portal offers an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill over the phone.

If paying by check, credit, or debit card through our automated phone system, simply dial 1-877-336-7045 and follow the easy online instructions.  Please have your account number and payment method ready.   Additional convenience fees will apply for use of this service.

Payment by Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply complete the ACH Direct Payment Form and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash (change will not be given- any additional funds will be credited to your account), check, money orders and credit/debit cards.

You may also pay your bill at one of our local banks in Spring City.

Southeast Bank- 285 Front Street.  Please be aware that Southeast Bank will not accept payment without a billing stub.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Other Billing Notes

Bills are due by the 15th of each month after which a 10% late charge is assessed. 

If payment has not been received in our office by 9am on the 25th of each month, NUDRC service can be disconnected without further notice.  All overdue charges and fees must be paid in full before service is restored. 

It is your responsibility to contact the office if you have not received your bill by the 10th of each month.
