Billing Software Upgrade

Happy Friday!!

We have been working hard this week upgrading our billing software to a new company called Ampstun.

The new system offers some features that have been requested by our customers such as paperless billing, and text and email notifications.

As with any conversion there are challenges. A couple of changes of note are-

Existing online payment information (this includes automatic payment by credit/debit card and Echecks) did not transfer over to the new system so everyone wishing to use our website online pay will need to register on our website at the “pay your bill now” link.
Account numbers have changed as well. All account numbers will now be 6 digits...
