Owner/ Renter Service Transfer

Please complete the Water Service Contract and return it to us using one of the following options.   Please include a copy of your driver's license or state issued identification and either proof of ownership (deed or purchase agreement) or lease or rental agreement.

2. Drop off at our office located at 23928 Rhea County Highway Spring City, TN 37381
3. Email to office@nudrc.org

Please contact the office at 423-365-2680 for the total amount due for transfer.  The fee(s) is nonrefundable and can be paid by cash, check, and money order.  The fee(s) can also be added to your first utility bill.

New Meter Tap

** Effective May 1st, 2024 the tap fee will increase from $2,000 to $2,200.  

Please complete the Water Service Contract and return it to us using one of the following options.  Also print off the Information on new water taps and follow the instructions for preparing for the installation of your new meter.  Please include a copy of your driver's license or state issued identification.  Please note that all service addresses must be 911 addresses- no lot numbers will be accepted

This fee is nonrefundable and can be paid by cash, check, and money order and must be received before installation can begin.
